You can go out and buy any spice mixture that you like…..but I’ll bet you probably already have all of the makings for this truly excellent spice rub right there in your kitchen cabinet, you just need a little coaxing to put it all together…..
Come on, it’s easy…..
You will need:
1 tablespoon of paprika
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Mix it up! Done and done! Store it in a jar or even a zip lock bag, and you are good to go!
